What you’ll learn

By the end of the BOOT CAMP you will:

  • Understand how to route Pro Tools to effectively work with large format consoles.
  • Have an advanced knowledge of signal flow within a studio environment.
  • Master different studio headphone systems and when to use them.
  • Have a full understanding of patch bays.
  • Understand the role of the assistant engineer

Gear up for an intense 4-session boot camp, with recording studio veterans Jack Garzonio and Brad Hasiuk, where you will undergo the training required to thrive as a modern studio assistant engineer. This boot camp is not for the fainthearted! Over the course of the boot camp you will learn not only technical requirements, such as different headphone systems, patch bay and console run downs but also what you’re expected to do and, just as importantly, not do in sessions.
