How long does a typical repair take, and can it be expedited?

Each repair begins with a thorough safety inspection to ensure your equipment is safe to work on and use. The repair process then involves diagnosing the fault, sourcing parts and carrying out the work. Turnaround times can vary greatly depending on the availability of parts required and the current workload. If you need your gear back quickly, ask about rush-service options. When you contact us we’ll give you a realistic estimate and let you know if a rush option is available.

What will the repair cost, and do you provide quotes before starting?

We work on an hourly rate basis rather than providing fixed quotes. Our clients prefer this straightforward approach. Costs depend on the complexity of the repair and the time required for the specific equipment and fault. We stay in touch with you throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with the results.

What information and steps should I take before sending equipment for repair?

To speed diagnosis and avoid unnecessary costs, provide as much detail as possible about the problem. Also list or include accessories needed to demonstrate the fault (cables, power supplies, media, footswitches etc.) so our technicians can replicate the issue.
Please ensure any stored data, presets, or settings are backed up before dropping off your equipment.
