Jack has quickly built a reputation as one of the most hardworking and likeable engineers on the 301 team. Engineering, producing and playing music for over 10 years, Jack first started as roadie who worked his way through to engineering for artists such as Gloria Gaynor, Liza Minelli and Umberto Tozzi, as well as running his own studio in Milan.
In 2011 he relocated to Australia where he continued working with artists such as John Butler Trio, Birds Of Tokyo, The Jezabels, Middle Kids, Lulu Raes before eventually landing at Studios 301 in late 2016.
Being part of the Studios 301 as an assistant engineer, Jack has worked with many international artists including Katy Perry, Zedd, A$AP Rocky, Brockhampton, Skepta, Rae Sremmurd and Australian acts like Amy Shark, CLEWS, The Necks, David Campbell and MXXWLL, to name a few.
Amongst these acts, Jack has worked intimately with a number of local artists. His recording and production is showcased on the debut releases Cone of Confusion and Eagled Eye Jones, as well as recently mixing singles for electronic band Sister Peach.
Jack credits his extensive live experience, with his ability to understand the ideas of artists and translate them through recording and production.
In Jack’s words, “You can’t fake the vibe”.
When he’s not recording Jack can be found in the studio, sound designing and creating soundscapes with feedback loops, old delays and modular synths.
