Leading and supporting the Studios 301 management team, Ron combines his proven track record in business management and recruitment with his extensive experience in the music industry.

Abbey Smith

Studios Manager & Business Engagement Manager

With over 5 years of studio management and booking experience, Abbey has had the pleasure of working alongside a talented list of GRAMMY and ARIA award winning artists, producers and engineers.

As a highly experienced administrator and manager, Abbey is responsible for overseeing all studios and recordings bookings as well as engaging in new business opportunities for the company.

With a degree in Entertainment Business Management and experience across events coordination, artist management and with strong ties to the Film and Television industry, Abbey has a passion for helping artists and creatives to connect the dots in order to achieve their goals. Abbey is an extremely motivated team player who thrives on collaborating with our talented in house team and as well as our diverse client base.

Holly Bestic

Studios Booking Co-ordinator

Working in the music industry for the past 10 years locally and abroad, Holly’s professional experience spans over a handful of areas such as vocal training, arts administration for record labels and prestige arts institutions as well as a degree in Contemporary Music. Joining the 301 team in March 2016 and as a writing, performing and recording artist herself, Holly understands the needs of our clients in her role as Studio Coordinator. A regular goer of gigs and a constant listener and finder of music, Holly is happy to help fellow musicians actualise their artistic intentions.

Lynley White-Smith

Mastering Manager

Lynley joined Studios 301 in 2013, and looks after the mastering department and it’s team of highly acclaimed, award-winning engineers. She started a career in the music industry in 2009 as an intern at Universal Music, and Marketing & Merch Coordinator at S.A.’s then largest independent music retailer The Muses.

With an undergrad in BMgmt:Marketing & BA:International Relations, and in the final leg of a Masters of Arts Management, Lynley strives to support and advocate for music makers and creatives in bringing their art to life and on to appreciative audiences.
