In a short period of time, Charlotte Rochecouste has established herself as a standout vocal producer, producer and songwriter on the rise. In early 2018, her work ethic and talent gained her a unique opportunity to work at Studios 301 alongside senior engineer Simon Cohen (Justin Bieber, Starley, Thelma Plum, Illy) as his vocal assistant. Since then she has garnered some impressive credits including Thelma Plum, Thundamentals and L-Fresh the Lion whilst also working alongside an array of amazing artists including Rae Sremmurd, Thundamentals, Conrad Sewell, Timmy Trumpet, Hillsong en Espanol, The Buoys, Turquoise Prince and Kaurna Cronin.
Being a vocalist herself, Charlotte naturally gravitates to vocal production implementing an artistic and technical approach to produce the highest quality vocals possible. Combining her unique perspective as a singer-songwriter with her producing and engineering gives her a distinguished concept on the whole creative process of making a record.
Proficient across Pro Tools, Ableton and Logic Pro, Charlotte has an open-minded and enthusiastic approach to the studio and enjoys working in a wide range of genres to create beautiful records.
A highlight of 2019 saw Charlotte selected to be apart of the prestigious International Nando’s Songwriting Music Exchange in London, where she collaborated with up and coming songwriters, producers and artists from South Africa, England and Australia.
Currently, Charlotte continues to focus her music and vocal production skills working with a number of local Australian artists including Moana and Daniel Vella.
“I loved working with Charlotte. She brings great energy to each session. We worked together on my album in a number of sessions. She’s a professional. She gets the job done and she makes the day enjoyable.”
